Jeff is a native of Carrollton. After graduating college, he returned to the area to start his career. In 1990, Jeff became a partner at Raisor, Zapp & Woods, P.S.C. He has extensive experience in personal and business income taxes. Jeff also performs audit services for cities, water districts, and special purpose taxing districts. His interests outside of work include tennis, NBA basketball, and outdoor activities; he especially enjoys the company of his family and friends.
