Raisor, Zapp and Woods, PSC was formed in 1976 in Carrollton, Kentucky. We are a full service certified public accounting firm providing audit, tax, accounting and consulting services to a wide range of clients. Our goal is to provide the highest quality personalized service to all clients, large and small, at a reasonable cost.

RZW PARTNERS:

Dennis S. Raisor, CPA graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1971. He has been a partner with Raisor, Zapp and Woods, PSC for 35 years and has 39 years accounting experience.

Jerilyn P. Zapp, CPA graduated from Bellarmine University in 1975. She has been a partner with Raisor, Zapp and Woods, PSC for 26 years and has 34 years accounting experience.

Jeffery C. Woods, CPA graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1984. He has been a partner with Raisor, Zapp and Woods, PSC for 20 years and has 26 years accounting experience.

Raisor, Zapp and Woods, PSC  employs certified public accountants and experienced support staff as needed to support the accounting and tax preparation needs of our clients.
